On receipt of the booking request, our Customer Care Executive shall contact you to confirm the Home Sample Collection time. It may be possible that we may not be able to offer home sample collection service at the date/time requested by you on the booking form. In such an event, Miracles Mediclinic shall offer an alternative date and time to the patient.
Once the booking date and time are confirmed by our Customer Care team, Miracles Mediclinic will try to adhere to the timelines confirmed. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, Miracles Mediclinic may not be able to conduct the home collection service at the said date and time. In such an event, Miracles Mediclinic shall offer alternative date and time to the patient.
